BUILT FOR CREATIVES, BY A CREATIVE, THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED BY DAVID CLARKE IN 2010 ON THE BELIEF THAT ENTERTAINMENT HAS THE POWER TO INFLUENCE, CONNECT, AND INSPIRE THROUGH CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS.
After years marked by personal loss and hard-earned growth, Malarkes has re-emerged with a new look and renewed purpose. We operate across multiple creative divisions—developing scripts, producing branded content, managing emerging talent, and building immersive worlds with theatrical flair.

Founder and Creative Director
David Clarke is a visionary storyteller, creative producer, and the driving force behind Malarkes Entertainment. with a background in media, writing, and community engagement, David launched Malarkes to champion authentic voices and develop powerful narratives across film, tv, and digital platforms.
His mission is to turn show reels into real shows—by uncovering raw talent, nurturing untold stories, and pushing the boundaries of entertainment. From conceptualising bold series like Entrepreneurs to launching an autobiography Everything Is Upside Down, pioneering projects like the 3-Waves Media Initiative and faith-based card game Malarkes Scruples, David is committed to content that entertains, challenges, and inspires.
With a passion for social impact, faith-driven work, and youth empowerment, David blends artistic flair with business acumen to build a production company rooted in purpose and driven by story.
